TASTING NOTES	Light, sharp and crisp, with notes of citrus and flowers. Dry Leaf Appearance: Distinctive light green leaves characteristic of a First Flush Darjeeling, with some silvery tips. Wet Leaf Aroma: Fruity and sweet. Liquor: Golden.
HOW TO BREW	2.5g tea 200ml (7 fl-oz) water 90 - 95°C (212°F) 3 - 5 minutes
